Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from Georgia, reportedly issued a stern warning to former President Trump not to employ the far-right activist Laura Loomer, describing her as “mentally ill” and a “proven liar.”

Greene urged Trump not to hire Loomer under any circumstances.

On Friday, Greene tweeted that Loomer, a former congressional candidate who has repeatedly made anti-Muslim remarks, had attacked her for supporting Kevin McCarthy’s bid for House speaker.

Greene also said that Loomer had attacked her for not endorsing Loomer in her congressional campaign. Loomer is a former congressional candidate.

“Laura Loomer is mentally unstable and a documented liar. She can not be trusted.” Greene wrote in her Twitter post “She spent months lying about me and attacking me just because I supported Kevin McCarthy for Speaker and after I had refused to endorse her last election cycle. She loves the alleged FBI informant and weirdo Nick Fuentes. She tried to get hired on the Ye campaign after the infamous Maralago dinner, but Kanye West refused to hire her so now she’s running to Trump. Never hire or do business with a liar. Liars are toxic and poisonous to everything they touch. I’ll make sure he knows.” she continued.

The angry Republican made his comments after it was reported in The New York Times that Trump has asked campaign advisers to locate a post for Loomer on his reelection campaign in 2024 or with a super PAC that will support it.

In November, President Trump hosted a dinner at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida for Fuentes and musician Ye, formerly known as Kanye West. As a result of this event, Trump drew criticism from a variety of quarters. Trump has stated that he was unaware of Fuentes’ opinions, and he also claimed that he was unaware of who Fuentes was.

After Loomer’s victory in the Republican primary for a House seat in Florida in 2020, President Trump sent his congratulations to her. In the end, Loomer was unsuccessful, losing the race by a significant margin.

Loomer responded to claims that Trump was contemplating employing her by stating that she would not reveal her private conversations with the former president.
