In a recent post on Truth Social, President Donald Trump reportedly criticized MSNBC and Comcast CEO Brian Roberts, labeling them a “disgrace to the integrity of broadcasting.”

Trump pointed out the network’s poor ratings, claiming they are “not much better” than those of CNN.

He alleged that Comcast is attempting to distance itself from NBC to avoid legal repercussions, asserting that the company, along with its chairman, is complicit in what he described as illegal political activities.

Trump has a history of targeting MSNBC and Roberts, previously stating that the network conducts a “24-hour hit job” on him and the Republican Party, which he claims constitutes election interference.

He described Roberts as a “slimeball” who has escaped accountability for years, calling MSNBC’s operations the “world’s biggest political contribution to the Radical Left Democrats.”

In a February post, Trump celebrated the cancellation of Joy Reid’s show, referring to Roberts as the “lowlife Chairman of ‘Concast’” and criticizing Reid as “mentally obnoxious” and “racist.”

He expressed his belief that networks like MSNBC should face significant financial penalties for their perceived damage to the country.

Trump concluded his latest remarks by insisting that the government should take action against such media outlets for their alleged illegal activities.

His comments reflect ongoing tensions between Trump and major media organizations, particularly those he perceives as biased against him and the Republican Party.

As the media landscape continues to evolve, Trump’s rhetoric highlights the contentious relationship between political figures and the press.
