Fox News host Tomi Lahren delivered a sharp critique of President Donald Trump’s administration this week, arguing that the pace of deportations has fallen well short of expectations and accusing officials of relying on figures she believes paint an overly favorable picture of immigration enforcement.
Lahren devoted the entire Tuesday episode of her OutKick podcast, Tomi Lahren is Fearless, to the issue, expressing frustration with what she described as insufficient progress in removing illegal immigrants from the United States.
Her criticism came as U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement reported that 356,000 illegal immigrants had been removed during fiscal year 2026. Lahren argued those numbers are nowhere near enough given the scale of illegal immigration she says occurred during President Joe Biden’s administration.
According to Lahren, deportations need to accelerate significantly in order to address what she described as the “millions and millions” of people who entered the country under Biden’s watch.
She also urged the administration to crack down on businesses that employ illegal immigrants as a source of low-cost labor, arguing that such practices undermine American workers.
“I thought this administration stood for America First and the American worker,” Lahren said during the podcast. “As a Trump voter, I know I don’t give one sh*t if big corporations, if they maybe risk losing their serf labor class to rightful deportations.”
She added that the current situation is “quite frankly, infuriating.”
While Lahren praised White House border czar Tom Homan, calling herself a “big fan,” she questioned how immigration enforcement statistics are being presented to the public. She suggested the administration may be counting certain border encounters in a way that inflates the overall deportation totals.
Lahren pointed specifically to migrants who attempt to cross the border but are immediately turned back.
“When someone crosses the border and they say ‘No, No, No, go back,’ they count that as a deportation, or an arrest,” she said. “Well, I guess technically.”
She argued that such cases should not be viewed the same way as interior enforcement actions involving individuals already living inside the United States illegally.
Lahren said returning migrants at the border is one thing, but she believes the administration should place greater emphasis on removing the large population of illegal immigrants already residing in the country.
She also expressed concern that deportation totals may include figures from other agencies, including the U.S. Coast Guard, suggesting that combining those numbers could make overall enforcement appear stronger than it actually is.
“That’s another concern I have,” Lahren said while discussing the reported statistics.
Summing up her skepticism, Lahren joked that she did not want to say the figures were “cooked,” but suggested they may have been “sautéed a little bit.”
The comments represent the latest example of Lahren publicly criticizing Republicans despite her support for Trump. Last week, she also took aim at her own party in a post on X, arguing that Republicans had not accomplished “jack sh*t.”
Her latest remarks underscore growing frustration from some conservative voices who want to see faster deportations, more aggressive interior immigration enforcement, and stronger action against businesses that rely on illegal immigrant labor.
