On Tuesday, former president Donald Trump reportedly claimed the judge presiding over his criminal case in New York is prejudiced against him because of his daughter’s business connections to prominent Democrats.
Trump attacked Loren Merchan, the daughter of New York’s acting Supreme Court Judge Juan Merchan, whose business has done work for the campaigns of senior Democrats including Vice President Kamala Harris and Representative Adam Schiff, before his arrest in Manhattan (D-CA)
Don Jr. Trump tweeted a news article that introduced Loren Merchan as the daughter of Justice Juan Merchan and detailed her professional background.
A photo of Loren Merchan and her father from the Geneseo Alumni Office’s Flickr account was used in the article.
Seems relevant… yet another connection in this hand picked democrat show trial. The BS never ends folks.

Although it appears that any and all social media profiles linked to Loren Merchan have now been deleted, there are still hints to be discovered online concerning Merchan’s professional life.
In 2020, she allegedly assumed the role of president at the political digital communications business Authentic Campaigns.
There is also a partnership entry for her for this role
A tweet from Authentic’s official account in October 2020 boasted that Merchan had been named a “Rising Star” by Campaigns & Elections.
The tweet, which no longer exists, referenced a Twitter account using Merchan’s first name.
Nonetheless, the brief biography of Merchan that appeared in Campaigns & Elections and included a list of her firm’s prominent clients has not been removed.
Clients like on Tester, Kamala Harris, Adam Schiff were mentioned.
Also, President Joseph Biden’s White House campaign alongside Harris was also listed as a customer on the Authentic website.
Whether or not the revelation about Merchan’s connections to prominent Democrats serves as a conflict of interest for the judge overseeing Trump’s case remains to be seen.
