Long-Time Fox News Host Tucker Carlson has reportedly parted ways with the network.
“We thank him for his service to the network as a host and prior to that as a contributor,” Fox News said in a statement announcing Carlson’s departure.
As a temporary measure until a new host is found, Fox said that it will start airing a new program dubbed “Fox News Tonight” at 8 p.m. on Monday.
The highest-rated prime-time host on Fox, Carlson averaged more than 3 million viewers per night, more than any other cable commentator.
