President Donald J. Trump on Tuesday issued his starkest warning yet to Hamas, demanding that the militant group immediately disarm or face a swift and devastating military response.
“Immediately disarm or face a ‘FAST, FURIOUS, & BRUTAL!’ end,” the president wrote in a post on his Truth Social platform, underscoring his administration’s hardline stance following reports of renewed violence and executions in Gaza.
Trump revealed that several U.S. allies in the Middle East have offered to intervene militarily against Hamas at his request, suggesting a growing regional coalition prepared to enforce the terms of the American-brokered ceasefire.
“Numerous of our NOW GREAT ALLIES in the Middle East, and areas surrounding the Middle East, have explicitly and strongly, with great enthusiasm, informed me that they would welcome the opportunity, at my request, to go into GAZA with a heavy force and ‘straighten out Hamas’ if Hamas continues to act badly, in violation of their agreement with us,” Trump wrote.
The president, who has framed his Middle East policy around building what he calls “a peace through strength” coalition, praised what he described as an unprecedented moment of regional unity. “The love and spirit for the Middle East has not been seen like this in a thousand years!” he declared. “It is a beautiful thing to behold!”
Despite growing pressure from regional partners to take military action, Trump said he had urged restraint—for now. “I told these countries, and Israel, ‘NOT YET!’” he wrote. “There is still hope that Hamas will do what is right. If they do not, an end to Hamas will be FAST, FURIOUS, & BRUTAL!”
Trump also extended thanks to countries that have offered their support, singling out Indonesia for its assistance and cooperation. “I would like to thank all of those countries that called to help,” he added. “Also, I would like to thank the great and powerful country of Indonesia, and its wonderful leader, for all of the help they have shown and given to the Middle East, and to the U.S.A. TO EVERYONE, thank you for your attention to this matter!”
The warning came amid reports of internal chaos in Gaza. In recent days, Hamas militants have been filmed publicly executing Palestinians accused of collaborating with Israel, a move that has triggered outrage across the region. Observers say the executions underscore the group’s instability and desperation as pressure mounts under the Trump-brokered ceasefire.
Although the truce remains officially in effect, sporadic clashes have continued. The Israel Defense Forces have carried out limited retaliatory strikes in response to what officials describe as Hamas violations.
For Trump, the ultimatum marks a defining moment in his post-ceasefire strategy—an attempt to balance diplomacy with a credible threat of overwhelming force. It is also a reminder of his administration’s willingness to act decisively where previous U.S. leaders hesitated.
Whether Hamas heeds the warning remains to be seen. But the message from Washington was unmistakable: America’s patience is not limitless, and Trump’s brand of diplomacy carries consequences for those who test it.
