President Donald Trump kicked off the week with a sprawling posting spree on Truth Social, capped by a glowing tribute to his Mar-a-Lago Club, which he dubbed the nation’s unofficial “Southern White House.”
“The Mar-a-Lago Club is considered, by everyone, to be the Best in the World,” Trump wrote alongside what appeared to be an authentic photograph of the property. “It also serves as our unparalleled Southern White House, free of charge. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Earlier in the day, Trump shared an AI-generated image of himself seated at the Resolute Desk in front of four screens displaying stock trades, defending his business acumen as a service to the country rather than himself. He wrote that he has made “Hundreds of Billions of Dollars” on stocks and other holdings for the United States, not for personal gain, and lamented what he called unfair criticism from “Radical Left Dumocrats.”
The Mar-a-Lago post reportedly marked Trump’s 37th post of the day. Other content shared throughout his posting streak included AI-generated images depicting Trump commanding an army of giant robots with the caption “GIVE THEM NIGHTMARES,” as well as a clip showing a fighter jet striking Iran’s Kharg Island captioned “Bye bye, Kharg.”
Additional posts showed Trump reimagined as a muscular, Hulk Hogan-style figure, content mocking actor Robert De Niro, and an image depicting Trump hosting George Washington in the Oval Office.
One post that generated significant social media attention featured a mock-up of a proposed United States Space Force dress uniform, which many online observers noted bore a striking resemblance to the uniforms worn by villainous officers in the “Star Wars” franchise. The post described the all-black uniforms and knee-high boots as inspired by “the discipline and functionality of the starship trooper uniform, modernized for the guardians of the space domain.”
Despite the flurry of content, it was Trump’s noticeably darker hair color that continued to draw the most public attention following its debut on Friday. The president was seen disembarking Air Force One that day en route to a golf outing in Bedminster, New Jersey, sporting a shade that appeared almost auburn in the sunlight.
The following day, Trump golfed with Fox News anchor Bret Baier and others while wearing a red hat reading “Trump was right about everything,” which obscured his hairline and left observers unable to confirm whether the new look would stick. As of Sunday’s posting spree, it remained unclear how long the change would last.
