As Vice President Kamala Harris commences a nationwide tour to advocate for abortion access, the 2024 campaign team of President Biden intensifies its endeavors.
The “Fight for Reproductive Freedoms” tour will begin in Wisconsin on January 22, the White House said in a statement, coinciding with the 51st anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Locations and additional dates will be announced shortly.
The precedent-setting Supreme Court decision that legalized abortion on a national scale, Roe v. Wade, was reversed in June of last year.
Polls indicate that Americans now view Harris more favorably than President Biden, whose approval numbers are in the abyss, at the time of the tour.

As the presidential election cycle approaches its peak, abortion continues to be a contentious topic, particularly in light of the nearly two dozen state prohibitions and extremely limited exceptions that restrict abortion.
The pro-life movement’s recent triumphs have been lauded by Republicans, whereas Democrats have emphasized the contentious issue of abortion in the hope that it will provoke opposition from voters in 2024.
