President Trump signed a number of historic executive orders during his inaugural rally at Capitol One Arena in Washington D.C.

On Monday, President Trump pledged to grant pardons to individuals involved in the Capitol attack on January 6, 2021, while also indicating his intention to sign executive orders focused on the primary objectives of his administration, encompassing immigration, climate, trade, and energy policy directives.

He was positioned to sign many orders from a desk onstage at Capital One Arena in downtown Washington, where he was addressing an event that served as a replacement for an inauguration parade.

Mr. Trump pledged in his Inaugural Address to issue orders declaring a national emergency at the border, facilitating force deployment, and a national energy emergency, enabling him to expedite pipeline licensing authorities.

Mr. Trump stated he would issue orders classifying cartel organizations as “global terrorists” and abolishing restrictions implemented by the Biden administration that promote the sale of electric automobiles.

Incoming officials indicated he would terminate birthright citizenship; nevertheless, the implications of an executive order remain ambiguous, as the Constitution ensures citizenship for those born in the United States.
