Kamala Backs Biden’s New Radical Attack on the Supreme Court

President Joe Biden’s radical new far-left proposal to reform the Supreme Court was reportedly endorsed by Vice President Kamala Harris, who stated that the proposed changes would fortify our democracy.

Biden’s Monday column for the Washington Post, which proposed term limits for justices and a new binding ethics code, called for a return to “trust and accountability.”

The president issued a warning that “no one is above the law” and expressed his dissatisfaction with a recent ruling that provides presidents with extensive immunity from prosecution for offenses committed while in office.

In a statement released on Monday, Harris, who has been endorsed by senior Democrats as the new presumptive nominee in the upcoming election cycle, stated that the Supreme Court is currently experiencing a crisis of confidence and that its impartiality has been called into question as a result of a plethora of ethics controversies.

“That is why President Biden and I are calling on Congress to pass important reforms – from imposing term limits for Justices’ active service, to requiring Justices to comply with binding ethics rules just like every other federal judge. And finally, in our democracy, no one should be above the law. So we must also ensure that no former President has immunity for crimes committed while in the White House.” Harris’s statement read.
