Donald Trump, the presumed Republican nominee, reportedly poked fun at President Joe Biden on Thursday after the latter mistook Trump for his vice president at a press conference that his administration referred to as a “big boy.”

Immediately after accepting questions from the media during a rare one-man press conference amid calls for him to resign as the Democratic Party’s presidential nominee, Biden made the embarrassing error.

“Crooked Joe begins his ‘Big Boy’ Press Conference with, ‘I wouldn’t have picked Vice President Trump to be vice president, though I think she was not qualified to be president.’ Great job, Joe!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social platform.

Shortly after the president erred, Trump attacked Biden on Truth Social.

Biden made several blunders with words on Thursday in addition to his vice president gaffe.

Reporters questioned the president on a number of occasions over his growing mental failings, but he reaffirmed his plan to pursue reelection and take office again in November if he wins.

When the press conference came to an end, Biden was asked to address Trump’s criticism of his awkward moment. “Listen to him,” he said with a smile before leaving the room.
