Nick Fuentes, a notorious white nationalist and anti-Semite, was taken into custody in Illinois last week on a charge of violence.
The allegations against him stem from the fact that he allegedly pushed a woman down the stairs of his home and attacked her with pepper spray one month ago.
According to a police report that was obtained by The Smoking Gun from the Berwyn Police Department, Fuentes was questioned by a woman on November 10 over statements that he made online regarding the availability of abortions after the election in November.
Officer Asael Carrera wrote in the report that was submitted on November 27 that a woman who watched the event recorded and observed a male pushing a female down the stairs, spraying her with mace, and smashing her phone; she also stated that she saw all of these things.
The woman was allegedly sprayed by a man who was described as Fuentes in the report.
Additionally, the woman was apparently pushed backwards, which caused her to fall down the stairs and onto the concrete.
Following that, the male snatched her phone and hurled it against the concrete floor on the floor.
Friday afternoon saw the first appearance of a video that was allegedly taken during the event on several social media platforms.
According to reports, Fuentes was taken into custody on November 27, fingerprinted, and searched. He was finally charged with violence and released from custody.
The date of his court appearance in Cook County is December 19th.
Additional information that was included in the police report indicates that the incident began when the victim challenged Fuentes regarding comments that he had made regarding the availability of abortion services.
Fuentes has repeatedly attacked President Elect Trump for not being right wing enough, and especially for his defense of the Jewish people whom Fuentes hates with a passion.
