While the nation continues to wait in anticipation of for the end of Biden’s presidency in January, the majority of voters have now indicated that they are satisfied with the way in which President-elect Trump has handled the presidential transition so far.
59 percent of voters say they favor of Trump’s management of his presidential transition so far, according to a new poll that was issued by CBS News on Sunday.
On the other hand, 41 percent of voters say they do not approve of Trump’s handling of his transition.
Additionally, the study investigated the feelings of voters on Trump’s reelection, with a significant number of Americans expressing excitement or optimism toward his prospective presidency.
Among those who were polled, more than half of Republicans (54 percent) expressed excitement about what Trump will do in his role as president, whereas only four percent of Democrats expressed the same sentiment.
In addition, 41 percent of Republicans have expressed optimism toward the upcoming presidency of Donald Trump, while 11 percent of Democrats have expressed the same sentiment.
All things considered, thirty-one percent of the people who were polled in the United States are pleased that Donald Trump was elected, and twenty-four percent are content with the outcome.
In contrast, twenty-three percent of respondents have said that they are unhappy with the outcomes, and twenty-one percent have stated that they are angry with the results.
The American people have shown significant favoritism toward Trump ever since he was elected.
According to the results of another survey that was conducted and published the previous week, 54% of respondents are satisfied with Trump’s performance.
There are 91 percent of Republicans who have stated this, which contributes to the approval rating; but, there are also 49 percent of independents and 22 percent of Democrats who have stated this viewpoint.
In recent weeks, Trump has been refusing to sign memorandums of understanding with the Biden White House, as well as with government departments and agencies, in order to facilitate a seamless transition of power and to provide Trump and his team with access to classified information.
According to the legislation, the ethics plan for the Trump transition was required to be disclosed on the website of the General Services Administration by the first of October.
