In response to a report that former President Donald Trump was withdrawing from interviews due to exhaustion, Vice President Kamala Harris questioned his capacity to “manage the rigors of the campaign trail.”

The Trump campaign had been in discussions with The Shade Room, a media company that has a website and social media shows that attract a predominantly young and Black audience, according to the Politico Playbook report.

However, the show producers felt that the campaign was sluggish as the weeks passed.

The Harris campaign has endeavored to emphasize stories such as this in order to contrast the 19-year age gap between her and Trump.

“And now he is ducking debates and canceling interviews. Come on. And check this out — his own campaign team recently said it is because of exhaustion. Well, if you’re exhausted on the campaign trail, it raises real questions about whether you are fit for the toughest job in the world. Come on!” Harris said during a recent campaign stop in Michigan.

The Harris campaign has focused on criticizing him for declining to participate in another debate and mocked him by posting a video of Trump’s peculiar behavior at a Pennsylvania event that was advertised as a town hall but instead turned into 39 minutes of the former president dancing on stage to some of his favorite songs.

Harris also just recently disclosed her medical records and encouraged her Republican opponent, who is 78 years old, to do the same.

Ironically however, Harris has made no mention of her 82 year-old President Joe Biden who she replaced at the top of her party’s ticket after he was forced out due to his poor performance in his debate against former president Trump in June.
