Donald Trump, the former president, reportedly contemplated his “encounters with death” and stated that the numerous assassination attempts on his life have only “hardened” his resolve.

Following the apparent second assassination attempt against the former president on Sunday at his International Golf Club in West Palm Beach, Trump addressed a crowded Nassau Coliseum on Wednesday in Long Island, New York.

“So, as you know, three days ago, there was yet another assassination attempt on my life. It was the second one in eight weeks by a violent radical left mobster.” Trump said.

“And God has now spared my life. It must have been God, thank you. Not once, but twice. … These encounters with death have not broken my will. They have really given me a much bigger and stronger mission.” he continued.

“They’ve only hardened my resolve to use my time on earth to make America great again for all Americans. To put America first. We’re gonna put America first.” Trump concluded.

A 58-year-old man allegedly hid out near Trump’s golf course in Florida for 12 hours on Sunday in an apparent attempt to assassinate the former president.

Just two months after Trump was shot in the ear during his rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, an assassination attempt was made on Sunday.
