Vivek Ramaswamy Faces Down Van Jones Over Receiving Death Threats

At the Democratic National Convention, Vivek Ramaswamy, a former Republican presidential candidate, reportedly confronted CNN commentator Van Jones regarding remarks that he believed had resulted in his family receiving death threats.

During an initial encounter in the corridors of the United Center in Chicago, which was captured on camera and shared by pro-Trump personality Benny Johnson, Ramaswamy informed Jones that he had received death threats “following the statement you made.”

He was alluding to Jones’s commentary on CNN following the fourth Republican primary debate, in which he characterized Ramaswamy as “dangerous.”

The debate, as well as the subsequent commentary, transpired on December 7. Ramaswamy’s life was threatened by an individual who was apprehended in New Hampshire mere days later.

Johnson asserted that Jones returned to engage in a discourse with Ramaswamy after the two men had passed each other in a hallway.
