In response to host Jon Karl’s contentious interview with Senator Tom Cotton (R-AR), former President Donald Trump once again expressed ambiguity regarding his potential participation in the ABC News debate with Vice President Kamala Harris, labeling the network as “FAKE NEWS.”

Late Sunday, the former president’s most recent announcement, which was transmitted via Truth Social, reignited rumors regarding whether or not he might end up dropping out of the planned debate.

“I watched ABC FAKE NEWS this morning, both lightweight reporter Jonathan Carl’s(K?) ridiculous and biased interview of Tom Cotton (who was fantastic!), and their so-called Panel of Trump Haters, and I ask, why would I do the Debate against Kamala Harris on that network?” Trump wrote on his Truth Social account.

“Will panelist Donna Brazil give the questions to the Marxist Candidate like she did for Crooked Hillary Clinton? Will Kamala’s best friend, who heads up ABC, do likewise. Where is Liddle’ George Slopadopolus hanging out now? Will he be involved. They’ve got a lot of questions to answer!!! Why did Harris turn down Fox, NBC, CBS, and even CNN? Stay tuned!!!” he continued.

After the journalist inquired about the former president’s remarks regarding the Medal of Honor, which the senator defended, Trump explicitly criticized lightweight reporter Karl’s interview with Cotton, whose performance he commended.

Donald Trump initially expressed uncertainty regarding his participation in the ABC News debate on September 10, which was initially arranged through an agreement between him and President Joe Biden.

Before contemplating any of Trump’s preferred venues on Fox News and NBC News, Harris’s campaign stated that she would debate on ABC News first.
