Brian Kilmeade, the co-host of Fox & Friends, reportedly contended on Monday that the patriotism and policies that were advocated at the Democratic National Convention last week were akin to “theft” from the Republican Party and Donald Trump.

The co-hosts shifted their focus to Harris’s commitment to participate in an interview before the end of August during a conversation that included the possibility of former President Trump withdrawing from his September 10 debate against Vice President Kamala Harris.

Harris has been under pressure to provide an interview or conduct a press conference since she rose to the top of the Democratic ticket, and she has declined to meet with the press.

This has prompted inquiries regarding her stance on the issues, as there are indications that she has shifted toward the middle on matters such as border security, criminal enforcement, and traditional patriotism.

Kilmeade contended that Harris’s campaign was appropriating Republican votes by engaging in this behavior.

“I think people are really going to have a discerning look at what exactly she stands for, because you can’t even dispute what she stands for because you don’t know what Kamala Harris you’re fighting. Are you fighting the Vice President? Are you fighting the Senator, or are you fighting this new person who’s running on Donald Trump’s issues like strong on the border, fighting crime, a strong defense, red, white and blue? Excuse me?” Kilmeade said.

“It’s like David Plouffe came in there and said, ‘The reason why Trump is popular is because of these things. So let’s give them to Harris.’ And I think the most egregious example was the tips. But I didn’t know that was the tip of the iceberg of the theft of the Republican Party.” it concluded.
