Grisham, who is no stranger to politics, served as the White House Press Secretary from July 2019 to April 2020 during the presidency of former President Donald Trump.
Until January 6, 2021, Grisham maintained that she was a “true believer” in the former president.
She was the first senior staff member in the Trump Administration to resign in response to the violent riot/insurrection at the United States Capitol Building..
She had previously broke with the former President in the wake of the January 6th riot at the U.S. capitol.
