Senator JD Vance (R-OH), the running mate of former President Donald Trump, blasted Vice President Kamala Harris on economic policy by drawing a disturbing comparison between her and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
In a clip that has been replayed on both liberal and conservative networks, Vance claimed that the Democratic “sugar high” over Harris had “leveled off” before bringing up the sex criminal’s name in a fresh rhetorical low.
He was speaking with Fox News Sunday anchor Shannon Bream.
“If you talk to insiders inside the Kamala Harris campaign, they’re very worried about where they are because the American people just do not bite the idea that Kamala Harris, who has been vice president for three and half years, is somehow going to tackle the inflation crisis in a way tomorrow that she has not for the past 1300 days.” Vance said.
“Giving Kamala Harris control over inflation policies, Shannon, it’s like giving Jeffrey Epstein control over human trafficking policy. They do not buy the idea that Kamala Harris represents a fresh start.” he continued.
Vance went on with his attack by characterizing polls that were unfavorable to Trump as “fake.”
He concluded by predicting that the American electorate would resoundingly reject Harris and the Democratic ticket in the upcoming election.
