Truck drivers endorsing former president Donald Trump have now declared their intention to abstain from traveling to New York City in order to protest the civil fraud judgment that assessed the former president a massive fine exceeding $350 million.
Judge Arthur Engoron rendered a verdict on February 16 holding Mr. Trump, his two sons, associates of the Trump Organization, and Trump properties liable for tens of millions of dollars.
In addition to the more than $350 million plus interest that Mr. Trump, his enterprises, and his trust were ordered to pay, his sons were ordered to pay approximately $4 million. Evidently, numerous vehicle drivers throughout the nation have expressed disapproval of the decision.
A individual identified as Chicago online Ray uploaded a video to X in response to the ruling.
He claimed that soon truckers would “stop refusing loads starting on Monday.”
“I don’t know how far across the country this is or how many truckers are going to start denying loads going to New York City, but I’ll tell you what — you f*** around and find out,” he continued.
“We’re tired of you f***ing leftists f***ing with Trump. Our bosses ain’t going to care if we deny the loads. We’ll just go somewhere else, alright? You know how f***ing hard it is to get into New York City in one of these [vehicles]?” he added.

It appeared that the video was gaining traction.
The term “Boycott NYC” was trending on X as of Sunday morning, with over 13,000 posts containing references to it.
The robust response to the civil fraud judgment may provide insight into how the United States will react to the verdicts of the ongoing federal and state court cases in which Mr. Trump is currently embroiled.
