A startling new Pew Research poll indicates that the approval rating of President Joe Biden could fall below 30 percentage points.

In the majority of polls, the president is already trailing the likely Republican nominee, former president Donald Trump. These results may portend calamity for the president.

65% of the country disapproves of Biden’s performance in office, while 33% approve, according to a survey of more than 5,000 Americans conducted between January 16 and 21; this is only the top of the spear of the bad news for the incumbent.

44% of Americans not only disapprove, but “strongly disapprove” of Biden, and he has weak support among key Democratic demographics.

Regarding women, Biden has the exact same approval rating (33 percent) and disapproval rating (65 percent) as the general public.

His performance is even less favorable when it comes to electors aged 18-29 (27%-71%), college graduates (36%-62%), Hispanics (32%-65%), and African Americans (48%-49%).

The survey has a margin of error of 1.7%.
