Reportedly, Hunter Biden has reportedly filed a lawsuit against a former aide to former President Donald Trump who allegedly obtained and published data from one of the younger Biden’s abandoned laptops.

According to Business Insider, Biden’s attorneys allege in the 14-page lawsuit that former aide Garrett Ziegler violated laws against fraud and cybercrime and that his team manipulated and altered some of the data.

The lawsuit only specifies that Ziegler altered photos of Biden appearing nude, as reported by the outlet.

According to BI, the lawsuit seeks relief for alleged violations of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and the California Computer Data Access and Fraud Act. It includes a request for a jury trial, the news source explained.

Ziegler denied altering any of the data, with the exception of removing explicit images, and stated that no intrusion had occurred.

He also refuted the lawsuit’s claims that his team hacked “an encrypted iPhone backup,” stating that they accessed the iPhone backup using a code discovered on the laptop’s keychain app, as reported by the news source.

Before the 2020 election, Giuliani provided the New York Post with information from the laptop.

The article from the Post was originally mislabeled as Russian disinformation and censored on social media. An assertion which turned out to be false.

According to the lawsuit, ten individuals are accountable for the alleged hacking.
