According to fresh information gathered from television, social media, and search activity, the general public’s interest in the legal drama surrounding the former president Trump has reportedly decreased significantly in recent months.

The shock of a former president facing unprecedented criminal accusations is beginning to subside.

With each new instance, a large number of Americans have used Google to research topics such as Trump and the “indictment” concept.

With each of the three indictments, searches increased, but the increases are waning, suggesting waning interest.

According to Nielsen numbers, news of Trump’s first indictment in April saw a sharp increase in views.

Although news of Trump’s third indictment and arrest this week attracted nearly the same amount of viewers as the second indictment in June, subsequent indictments have attracted less viewers.

According to SimilarWeb, interest in national news and politics has declined during the Biden administration even as Trump’s legal saga continues to play out.

In the upcoming weeks, Georgia may announce a fourth criminal charge that is also connected to Trump’s attempts to invalidate the results of the 2020 election.
