Trump Reveals Contents of Biden’s Letter to Him After Inauguration

During President Trump’s first press conference in the Oval Office following his inauguration on January 20th, 2025 he was reminded of the age old tradition of the outgoing President leaving a note for the incoming President in the desk in the Oval Office by Fox News’ Peter Doocy.

He was urged to reveal the contents of the letter right there, but the President declined.

However, now we all know the contents of the letter that Joe Biden wrote to President Trump.

Fox News reports:

“As I take leave of this sacred office I wish you and your family all the best in the next four years.  The American people – and people around the world – look to this house for steadiness in the inevitable storms of history, and my prayer is that in the coming years will be a time of prosperity, peace, and grace for our nation.

“May God bless you and guide you as He has blessed and guided our beloved country since our founding.”

The letter was signed “Joe Biden” and dated Jan. 20, 2025.

The desk both President’s use is the Resolute Desk, which President Trump used in his first term from 2017-2021.
