During the early morning hours of Thursday, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reportedly carried out airstrikes against targets in Yemen that belonged to Houthi terrorists who were supported by Iran.

This came after the Houthi terrorist group fired a missile into Israel, which resulted in the destruction of a school.

The damage to the multistory Ramat Ef’al elementary school, which sustained millions of dollars in damage as a result of the Houthi missile hit, will require the school to be completely rebuilt, according to the Mayor of Ramat Gan, Carmel Shama-Hacohen.

At the time of the attack, there was no one inside the building.

According to the Israeli military, the attacks against the Houthis were carried out by fourteen fighter jets that were deployed in two waves.

The first wave targeted the ports of Hodeida and Salif, as well as the Ras Isa oil terminal. The second wave targeted energy facilities in Sanaa.

In addition to the scores of attacks that the terrorist group has carried out against cargo ships and oil tankers, the Houthis have fired more than 200 ballistic missiles and launched more than 170 suicide drones at Israel.

Their attacks have also been carried out against other vessels traveling through the red sea as well.
