The COVID-19 vaccine is reportedly now being required for any and all individuals who are interested in working for Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign.

A list of employment opportunities with the campaign is available on the official presidential website for Harris and her running mate, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz, under the “work for us” option.

The individual employment pages include a list of responsibilities and qualifications, which is followed by a paragraph regarding vaccinations.

“Harris for President requires all employees to be ‘up to date’ on COVID-19 vaccination status as prescribed by the CDC as a condition of employment, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law,” the campaign’s statement read.

“If you seek a reasonable accommodation in relation to the campaign’s COVID-19 policy, you should speak to the HR Department prior to reporting to an office location.” it continued.

In May 2023, the Biden-Harris administration declared the cessation of COVID-19 vaccine mandates for international aviation travelers, Federal employees, and Federal contractors.
