The vulgar and bizarre name “Tampon Tim” was promoted by Hillary Clinton, a twice-failed former presidential candidate, on Wednesday in reference to Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN), Kamala Harris’ 2024 vice presidential nominee.
Clinton approved of the nickname, despite the fact that some on the Right used it to mock Walz’s radical transgender policy in his state, which involved the governor mandating tampon access in the bathrooms of young males in public schools.
“How nice of the Trump camp to help publicize Gov. Tim Walz’s compassionate and common-sense policy of providing free menstrual products to students in Minnesota public schools! Let’s do this everywhere.” Clinton posted on her X account.

Clinton has disabled the ability of X users to respond to the post unless Clinton follows their account in the wake of her announcement due to the massive backlash she received immediately after making the post.
