Spotify podcaster Joe Rogan disclosed that a potential interview with Vice President Kamala Harris was canceled because of conditions set by her team.

Rogan hosted a three-hour chat with ex-President Trump on Friday, which racked up over 36 million views on YouTube.

After posting the Trump episode on X, Rogan explained why he hasn’t featured the Democratic VP candidate yet, leaving the door ajar for future possibilities.

“Also, for the record, the Harris campaign has not passed on doing the podcast,” Rogan tweeted on Monday night.

“They offered a date for Tuesday, but I would have had to travel to her and they only wanted to do an hour. I strongly feel the best way to do it is in the studio in Austin.”

“The Joe Rogan Experience” episodes typically run between two and three hours.

“My sincere wish is to just have a nice conversation and get to know her as a human being. I really hope we can make it happen,” he included.

During his interview with Rogan, Trump took playful jabs at Harris for declining the opportunity to join the podcast.

“Can you imagine Kamala doing this show?” Trump quipped.

“I could imagine her doing this show,” Rogan replied. “She was supposed to do it, she might still do it and I hope she does.”

“She’s not gonna to do it,” Trump retorted confidently.

“I will talk to her like a human being,” Rogan asserted.

“If she did this kind of an interview with you, I hope she does because it would be a mess,” Trump added. “She would be laying on the floor comatose.”

On Monday, Rogan shared his lengthy interview with Trump on X after users claimed YouTube was suppressing it.

Rogan reposted viewer comments about their failed attempts to locate the video on YouTube, then made the complete interview available on the X platform.

“Since there’s an issue with searching for this episode on YouTube, here is the full podcast with Trump,” Rogan stated.

On Monday, YouTube’s parent company, Google, announced it had corrected the search result glitch.

“For some searches on Monday, the original 3-hour interview didn’t appear prominently,” YouTube informed Variety.

“Short excerpts uploaded by the Joe Rogan channel appeared, but we know it was frustrating for users looking to find the full video,” they added. “We’ve worked to resolve this and viewers will begin seeing the full podcast in more YouTube search results soon.”
