Senior officials who are now involved in the campaign of Democratic presidential nominee and Vice President Kamala Harris is warning of the veep’s diminishing electoral prospects.
According to a new report, three officials within the campaign are now concerned their ‘blue wall’ strategy may fail.
“There has been a thought that maybe Michigan or Wisconsin will fall off,” one official said.
In addition, they also claimed that North Carolina may also be slipping away from the campaign.
According to the polling averages of elections analyst Nate Silver, Harris maintains an exceedingly narrow advantage over former President Donald Trump in Michigan (48.2%-47.6%) and Wisconsin (48.6%-48%), while Trump maintains a marginally more impressive lead in North Carolina (48.8%-47.8%).
As per Silver’s final polling estimate at FiveThirtyEight in 2020, Joe Biden held a 7.9% advantage over Trump in Michigan and an 8.4% advantage in Wisconsin. Biden ultimately prevailed in the two states by 2.78% and.63%, respectively.
