Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders (R-AK) was reportedly castigated by CNN anchor Chris Wallace for her “shaming” of Vice President Kamala Harris. Wallace concurred with the VP’s response to a taunt regarding having children.

Last month, at a Trump rally/”town hall” event in Flint, Michigan, Trump Sanders (R-AK) made a dig at Harris for not having biological children. Harris is the stepmother of Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff’s two children.

In an interview that was broadcast on the Call Her Daddy podcast this week, VP Harris addressed the criticism.

On the Monday morning edition of ‘CNN This Morning’ former Fox Host Chris Wallace rushed to Harris’s aid, in the process attacking the conservative Arkansas governor.

“Well, you know, you used an expression in your lead-in, Modern Family, which, of course, was the name of a very, very popular sitcom. And there there were all kinds of families and and a same sex couple that had children and other couples.” Wallace said.

“And in in America in 2024, they do come in all shapes and sizes. And there are blended families and parents and stepparents.” he continued.

“And, you know, the idea of shaming somebody because she didn’t have children the old-fashioned way, she has stepchildren, it seems to me, is really out of touch with where the country is now and not something that the Republican Party should pursue.” he added.
