Immediately following her initial debate with former President Donald Trump on Tuesday evening, Vice President Kamala Harris requested a second debate.

The event was met with widespread criticism from the Right due to the moderators’ attempt to fact-check Trump while neglecting Harris.

“The American people got to see the choice they will face this fall at the ballot box: between moving forward with Kamala Harris, or going backwards with Trump,” Harris’s campaign chairman Jen O’Malley said.

“That’s what they saw tonight and what they should see at a second debate in October. Vice President Harris is ready for a second debate. Is Donald Trump?” she continued.

The moderators attempted to fact-check Trump while they neglected Harris.

Trump claimed that Harris desired a second debate “because she lost” on Fox News, which was broadcasting live from the debate venue in Philadelphia following the event’s conclusion.

When asked by Sean Hannity whether he would consent to another match, Trump responded that he might be inclined to do so “if it was on a fair network.”
