Kamala Harris’s campaign isn’t centered on policy ideas—it’s more about the “vibes.” But last week, a major social media moment shattered the perception that Harris, the Democratic nominee, is universally adored by women everywhere.

Brittany Mahomes—a close friend of Taylor Swift, who many believed would perform at the Democratic National Convention—committed the ultimate sin again online liberalism. She liked a post supporting the 2024 GOP Platform, which included contentious points such as “keep men out of women’s sports” and “deport pro-Hamas radicals and make our college campuses safe and patriotic.”

Predictably, liberals on social media obsessed with Taylor Swift reacted angrily, unable to accept that a high-profile figure like Mahomes, let alone their idol’s friend, doesn’t align with their own sheltered political views. The NFL superstar’s wife became the target of online attacks for her apparent divergence from mainstream liberal ideology.

Mahomes’s response was simple and direct: she isn’t backing down, writes The Daily Mail.

Now, in an interview on the WHOOP podcast, Brittany has credited Patrick with helping her block out any criticism she receives online amid her growing fame.

‘He is very good at blocking people out so having him beside has helped,’ she said. ‘The main thing he always told me is to stop caring what people think – especially the people that don’t even know you.

I think social media used to get to me a lot. Now, it’s just like, honestly, I don’t give a f*** what people have to say about me anymore. And I think he has helped me get to that point.

‘I am strong in who I am. I am confident in who I am. I confident in mine and his relationship and I am confident in our lives. So why does what other people say have to matter at all?’

She previously called out liberal women for living vacuous lives, according to reports.

“I mean honestly, to be a hater as an adult, you have to have some deep rooted issues you refuse to heal from childhood,” Mahomes wrote in an Instagram story posted on Friday. “There’s no reason your brain is fully developed and you hate to see others doing well.”

A few days later, she reposted another quote that said, “Contrary to the tone of the world today….you can disagree with someone, and still love them. You can have differing views, and still be kind.”
