This week, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) expressed his belief that Republicans do not sufficiently prioritize Vice President Kamala Harris’ presidential campaign and that President Joe Biden will pardon his son Hunter Biden prior to his departure from office.
Cruz made the comments during the most recent episode of his “Verdict” podcast with co-host Ben Ferguson, which was released after the news broke that Biden was concluding his presidential campaign and endorsing Harris over the weekend.
Cruz also stated that he is confident that former President Donald Trump will secure a victory in November, but he does not believe it will be a “layup.”
“I think people are underestimating what billions of dollars of free media of the entire corrupt corporate media complex, pitching her as a combination of Mother Teresa, Oprah, and Gandhi, and young and vibrant, and it’s historic,” Cruz said.
“My message to Republicans is do not behave like this is in the bag, because that’s one of the easiest ways to ensure it’s not in the bag,” he continued.
Cruz also stated that he is confident that former President Donald Trump will secure a victory in November, but he does not believe it will be a “layup.”
“Hunter Biden will get a pardon as a result. It will not happen till after Election Day. He’s not going to do it before Election Day. But he’s going to stick around. And after Election Day, I believe it is now 100% That Joe Biden will pardon Hunter.” he continued.
