Joe Biden had multiple incidents yesterday during a D-Day commemoration in France that made more than one commentator wonder if he was having a health problem.

He also had an awkward shuffle to begin the proceedings.

Fox News writes that a Twitter account affiliated with the Republican National Committee has been tracking these odd moments, noting that the president often appears out of it.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) research division posted several videos on X that appeared to show President Biden in “a perpetual state of confusion” following his speech in Normandy on Thursday to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

The RNC research account, which is managed by former President Trump’s campaign and the RNC, rattled off several posts on X of the president in Normandy, with one video showing Biden bending down at one point, seeming to be uncertain whether it was time to sit down.

“Awkward,” the RNC captioned the video.

Another video showed Biden walking off with his wife, Jill, as the president of France, Emmanuel Macron, continued to greet and chat with World War II veterans. In a hot mic moment, Biden appeared to say to Macron, “My advance team said I gotta be the first one to leave,” in another video capturing the interaction.

The appearance comes on the heels of Democrats, particularly Joe Scarborough, being upset that The Wall Street Journal pointed out the obvious: Joe Biden is not all there.

The outlet wrote, “Last year, when Biden was negotiating with House Republicans to lift the debt ceiling, his demeanor and command of the details seemed to shift from one day to the next, according to then-House Speaker Kevin McCarthy and two others familiar with the talks. On some days, he had loose and spontaneous exchanges with Republicans, and on others he mumbled and appeared to rely on notes.”
