A figure of George Washington on the campus of George Washington University in Washington, D.C., was reportedly smashed and desecrated by people who support the Palestinian cause. next Monday.

There were stickers all over the statue and a black and white scarf around its neck. It was covered with a Palestinian flag.

It looks like someone also vandalized a second figure of George Washington that shows the president riding a horse during the protests.

The protests in support of the Palestinians started on Thursday and went on for six days, ending on Tuesday.

There is a protest camp set up on the yard of the university where the statue is. The protesters set up dozens of tents, some of which were for food and medical needs.

And they took down the metal barriers that the cops had put up and piled them up, adding signs and Palestinian flags on top.

At the university, final tests start next week, and graduation is set for May 19.

Protests against Israel have been going on all over college campuses for the past two weeks. A lot of the time, the protests want schools to stop investing in things that help Israel.

A pro-Palestinian student group at George Washington University was suspended, but the protesters want the school to lift the ban.

There have been arrests of dozens of protesters at Northeastern University in Boston, Emerson College in Boston, Emory University in Atlanta, Virginia Tech University, the University of Texas at Austin, and the University of Mary Washington in Virginia.
