The selected candidate will be compensated with a salary of up to $120,000.
The recently announced online position offers a salary range of $95,000 to $120,000. The director of this function will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) for the Biden campaign.
This includes training campaign personnel on DEI matters and perhaps influencing the campaign’s hiring procedures.
“The DEI Director will focus on creating and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract and support diverse talent to further the campaign’s commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. They will also be responsible for upskilling and further educating campaign staff around DEI.” the job listing explains.
