Trump Pac Hits Biden Where It Hurts

Last night during the State of the Union a hopped up Joe Biden tried his best to show that he’s not too old to continue being president. “President Joe Biden had one job at his final State of the Union address before the November presidential election,” wrote USA Today.

“It was to help convince the American people that he’s up to four more years and is more than a ‘sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory’ – the damning words used last month to describe Biden in a Justice Department report related to his mishandling of classified documents.

The vast majority of voters believe the president, 81, is too old to serve another term. And Biden has given them plenty of reasons to think that.”

As he tried not to appear ancient, he may have had a recent attack ad aired on his favorite television show in the back of his mind.

A super PAC aligned with former President Trump debuted an ad Thursday that attacked President Biden over his age and questioned whether he could survive a second term in office, writes The Hill.

Make America Great Again Inc. aired the aid, titled “Jugular,” on MSNBC on the morning of Biden’s State of the Union address.

The ad opens with a clip of Biden’s press conference on the death of Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny. It includes a moment where Biden, after recounting how Trump suggested he’d let Russia attack NATO allies, took a lengthy paused before saying he should clear his mind “and not say what I’m really thinking.”

“We can all see Joe Biden’s weakness. If Biden wins, can he even survive to 2029. The real question is, can we?” a narrator says in the ad.

The 30-second spot is interspersed with clips of Biden stumbling as he walks on stage at an event and tripping up the stairs onto Air Force One.

The ad aired on the morning of Joe Biden’s hyperpartisan State of the Union address in which he appeared to be yelling at everyone. While the media claims that Biden appeared to be “energetic” and “fiery,” in reality, he made some bizarre mistakes that left non-Democrats scratching their heads.

In the beginning of his speech, for example, he attacked Russia as a great threat to democracy before inviting America to “hop on Air Force One” with him and fly to Moscow to buy their drugs.

Later, he weirdly confused Laken Riley, a Georgia college student recently murdered by an illegal immigrant, with Lincoln Riley, the football coach at USC after being goaded into trying to say her name by Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene.

After the speech, while speaking with Democrats in the House chamber, he claimed to have told the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, that he and him were going to have a “come to Jesus meeting.”

The Biden campaign called the ad, according to Semafor, “sick and deranged stunt from a broke and struggling campaign that can’t defend Trump’s extreme Project 2025 agenda to ban abortion, separate families, raise costs on the middle class, repeal health care, and sow chaos and division.”

“Trump tried this strategy four years ago and got his ass kicked by Joe Biden,” campaign spokesperson Ammar Moussa said in a statement. “He should tune in tonight alongside tens of millions of Americans to see why President Biden will beat him again this November.”
