Late in January, two conservative organization offices were subjected to firebombings; the FBI has been providing assistance in the investigation to identify the perpetrators.
John Hinderaker explained on the Powerline blog that at approximately 2:00 a.m. on January 28, an intruder entered an office building in Golden Valley, Minnesota, and started two fires: one on the first floor and one on the third.
The fire that broke out on the third floor of the Upper Midwest Law Center (UMLC), a conservative legal organization that has challenged diversity, equity, and inclusion discrimination and other causes leaning to the left, including a lawsuit against Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison for a law that would restrict free speech regarding election issues, was either just outside or directly inside the building.
On Sunday, January 28, the office of the Upper Midwest Law Center was destroyed in what is being investigated as a deliberate act of arson. Thankfully, no one on the UMLC staff was hurt or present at the time of the crime. https://t.co/3ypZ6778ce pic.twitter.com/4WGbbmWLn5

The fire that broke out on the first floor occurred in the corridor connecting the offices of the Center of the American Experiment with leased space for Take Charge, an additional conservative organization dedicated to debunking progressive racial myths.
Hinderaker stated that he provided the FBI with a list of potential arson perpetrators, which included eco-terrorists, Antifa types, public sector union members, pro-Hamas terrorists, and ordinary liberals who have become truly radical.
However, he emphasized that he does not have a specific suspect in mind who is responsible for the incident.
One of the perpetrators was photographed by a camera inside the offices of the Center for the American Experiment hurriedly leaving after setting something down outside the door.
Hinderaker is of the opinion that the fire on the third floor had been ignited prior to that moment.
Although the individual captured on camera is unrecognizable, there are additional cameras positioned on the office building’s exterior, facing the sole access road, which potentially documented a vehicle approaching prior to the occurrence of the fires.
Hinderaker wished to convey to the offenders that his organizations continue their operations despite the fire loss. Those who are the focus of the flames continue to operate using remote work while carrying out their customary activities.
