Former House Speaker Kevin McCarthy Announces He’s Officially Leaving Congress at End of Month

Former House Speaker and longtime GOP leader Kevin McCarthy has now announced that he will officially be leaving congress at the end of the month.

McCarthy made the announcement in an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal.
