According to a breaking new report, Rep. Patrick McHenry has, in a surprise move, decided to retire from Congress after a 20 year legislative career.
PATRICK MCHENRY is expected to announce he will not seek another term in Congress. The house financial services chair has been in Congress for 20 years.
