Rudy Giuliani was reportedly found to be legally responsible on Wednesday for defaming two Georgia election workers who were the targets of conspiracy theories about the 2020 election that Donald Trump reinforced in the final weeks of his administration.
There will still be a trial to determine the amount of damages awarded, but with this order Howell is saying that Giuliani is liable.
