Republican congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna from Florida reportedly announced on Monday that she is expecting her first child later this year.
The story quotes Luna as saying that her son is expected in the latter part of August.
While both were Air Force members, Luna met her husband, Andy Gamberzky.
Veteran and previous candidate for political office in the United States, Anna Paulina Luna is a conservative political analyst.
She was born in California on February 2, 1993, and spent most of her childhood there.
After graduating from high school, Luna enlisted in the US Air Force and was an active service member for six years. She served in the military for a number of years and was stationed in several places, including Iraq.
She has also won numerous honors and accolades.
Luna got interested in conservative politics and activism after she left the military.
In Florida’s 13th Congressional District in 2020, Luna ran for Congress but was defeated by the incumbent Democrat in the main election.
She re-ran in 2022, won, and was sworn in as a congresswoman for the first term in January 2023.
