On Wednesday, the head of the House Oversight Committee, James Comer, filed a subpoena requesting the FBI to turn over an unclassified record allegedly detailing suspicions of a criminal plot involving then-Vice President Joe Biden and a foreign citizen.
The subpoena was issued after the FBI-generated whistleblower form was made known to Republican Senator Chuck Grassley’s office.
The FD-1023 form is said to explain a plan in which money is exchanged for policy choices.

Comer previously disclosed that Hunter Biden, James Biden, Hallie Biden, and an unnamed fourth Biden got a total of $1.3 million in payments from accounts tied to Biden family business partner Rob Walker in 2017, shortly after Walker received a $3 million transfer from a Chinese energy firm.
