According to footage that was reportedly widely uploaded to Twitter, far-left protestors who were opposing Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk’s lecture at the University of California, Davis (UC Davis) on Tuesday night smashed windows and attacked people outside the venue.

Kirk was giving a speech at UC Davis as part of a national tour.

As part of his Live Free tour, which will make stops at eight campuses throughout the United States during the spring semester of 2023, Kirk will be speaking at UC Davis at the invitation of the local chapter of TPUSA.

During the incident, ten glass panes were shattered, but there were no arrests made in connection with it, according to reports. Around one hundred people remained outside and blocked the entry, tossed eggs, and there were also reports of some people in the crowd using pepper spray against attendees.

When speaking to a throng of around five hundred individuals, Kirk referred to the individuals on the extreme left who were rioting outside the venue as “terrorists.”

A report in the Sacramento Bee published before to the event falsely claimed that Kirk had advocated for the “lynching” of transgender people.

After some time, the newspaper came under pressure to eliminate the column.

Kirk has become a leading voice in the conservative movement in recent years and has proven himself more than willing to go toe toe with the more extreme elements of the radical left.
